Best Blu-ray Enjoyment of Academy Award Movie
Posted on 2:50:00 AM by Unknown
Les Misérables, directed by Tom Hooper, is a 2012 British musical drama film which won three Golden Globe Awards, four BAFTAAwards and three Academy Award. This film derived from classic, adapted from the famous Broadway plays then reappeared on the big screen in Christmas 2012, shocking the world.
Hugh Jackman, Academy Award winner Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway star in this critically-acclaimed adaptation of the epic musical phenomenon. Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, Les Misérables tells the story of ex-prisoner Jean Valjean (Jackman), hunted for decades by the ruthless policeman Javert (Crowe), after he breaks parole. When Valjean agrees to care for factory worker Fantine’s (Hathaway) illegitimate daughter, Cosette, their lives change forever by this fateful decision. The plot spans 17 years and is set against a backdrop of political turmoil, which in the film culminates in the June Rebellion of France. This enthralling story is a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit and “an unforgettable experience”
“There’s a grief that can’t be spoken.”"I think anyone who loves the musical or is a musical person should definatly see this movie because they will not be disappointed one bit by how amazing it is.” said by some viewers. If unfortunately you miss the schedule or can’t wait to revive the classic, Home Media is your best choice. While if must select, Blu-ray Disc always comes first.
As I know, the film was confirmed for home release on DVD and Blu-ray in the United States on March 22, 2013. The DVD contains three featurettes: The Stars of Les Misérables, Creating the Perfect Paris, and The Original Masterwork: Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables, along with an audio commentary from director Tom Hooper. The Les Misérables Blu-ray has all DVD features including four additional featurettes: Les Misérables Singing Live, Battle at the Barricade, The West End Connection, and Les Misérables on Location. Besides the best HD visual effect, AC-3, Dolby, DTS Surround Sound and some other details combines together here, making it a higher level of enjoyment. You could find more information from Amazon about this Blu-ray Disc.
Thanks to Blu-ray, we could retain the eternal Classic works to aftertaste; thanks to Blu-ray Player, we could make the Blu-ray movie appreciation on Mac/PC into reality. Here I’d like recommend some top equipments and software to make your experience perfect. Digistor USB Blu-ray drive(tray loading or slot loading) is a external USB 2.0 Blu-ray Optical Drive reading data from Blu-ray disc supported but unable to watch Blu-ray Movies. Two recommendations here: DIG-79112(tray loading) and DIG-78112(slot loading). We all know Apple does not yet support Blu-ray movie playback on the Mac, so what we still need is a third party software- Mac Blu-ray Player which possesses the up to 1080p High resolution and capability of DTS 5.1. Not to mention other fantastic characteristics such as Fast speed, stable system, friendly functions.
Open your Apple computer, free download Mac Blu-ray Player and then connect the Blu-ray drive. Now, it is time for Blu-ray movie Les Misérables.

Best Cinavia Solution provided by Mac Blu-ray Player

What is Cinavia?
Cinavia is an analog watermarking and steganography system, developed by Verance, firstly named Verance Copy Management System for Audiovisual Content (VCMS/AV). Even recoded or recorded, it still cannot get rid of Cinavia protection, which can still be identified through professional devices.
Cinavia technology is used in Blu-ray players to detect and limit copies of movies, television shows, and other professionally produced videos that have been made without the permission of the copyright owner.
How does it work?
The protection has two elements which interacted with each other. One is the watermark embedded in audio-video content, the other is the Cinavia enabled player that will detect the watermark. When media with the watermark embedded in the audio track is played on a system with Cinavia detection, its firmware will detect the watermark and check whether the device it is running on is authorized for that watermark or not. If the device is not authorized, it will present a message indicating that the media is not authorized to play on the device, therefore, users should visit the Cinavia web page for more information. Depending on the device and firmware, the audio may be muted, or playback may stop entirely, as long as the message is triggered.
Mac Blu-ray Player
Mac Blu-ray Player is the first Blu-ray player software for Mac OS X and Windows. It can successfully play Blu-ray Disc protected by AACS, BD+, but also supported Cinavia technology. Via this Blu-ray player software, you can easy play Blu-ray Disc, Blu-ray ISO files, or DVD, with 1080p and 5.1/7.1 stereo audio.
For users' references, here list some discs that contain Cinavia protection and players that have detectors for it.
